YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You serve as a subject matter expert in both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes You provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs You collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes You perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning You deliver end-user training and create documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience: You bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, including configuration, system integrations, and post-production support Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Information Systems, or Finance, or bring equivalent practical experience (preferred) Certification: A Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage Technical Skills: You have proven expertise in Workday modules, data quality and integrity, system configuration, integrations, and process optimization Analytical Skills: You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, analytical mindset that allows you to identify system issues and drive meaningful improvements Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment
