Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Manage business correspondence, prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required to support business communications, meeting coordination, document preparation, and stakeholder engagement with Japan-based executives and business partners.
  • Professional, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting regional or multinational leadership teams will be advantageous.

  • Location: Central
  • Working days: 5 days
  • Salary: S$12,000 and Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
