Title: Dietary | Kitchen Manager Job Duties: The Dietary or Kitchen Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of the dietary or culinary services department. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures as well as state-mandated standards for dietary/culinary services. The Dietary or Kitchen Manager consults with the dietitian consultant as appropriate to ensure that all clients' nutritional needs are consistently met. Schedule: Full-Time: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)
