- Create Value Maps , TCO/ROI calculations, and outcome-centric roadmaps to justify platform investment to C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads to draft clear Statements of Work (SOWs) , ensuring accurate scoping, estimation of effort, and risk mitigation.
- Practice Growth & Enablement
- Stay at the absolute cutting edge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including new releases, product variations, and competitor positioning.
- Build reusable pre-sales assets, such as tailored demo environments, discovery templates, and script libraries.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Advisory role specifically within the ServiceNow ecosystem .
- Platform Breadth: Deep hands-on knowledge of at least two major ServiceNow product lines (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or Creator Workflows).
- Value-Based Selling: Proven ability to shift conversations from features to business outcomes (e.g., reducing MTTR, improving employee NPS, scaling hyperautomation).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills. You must be equally comfortable whiteboarding architecture with a platform developer as you are presenting a business case to a CFO.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience solutioning for heavily regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector).
