Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Governance

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation & support of global identity lifecycle management process and services to manage human, non-human, and agentic identities.
• Promote sound identity hygiene practices across systems to prevent access misuse and reduce risk.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute SOX and other regulatory controls to ensure identity compliance.
• Execute end-to-end access certification campaigns, ensuring timely access updates and evidence integrity.
• Manage timely identity onboarding\offboarding processes by ensuring least privilege authorization and access.
• Develop reporting and outcome-driven metrics for IAM/IGA; including identifying KRIs, creating tracking mechanisms, and ensuring actions are taken as appropriate to drive results.
• Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and knowledge articles are current and accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related experience required
• 5-8 years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, and Authorization,
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities required
• Professional Security Certification(s) preferred
• Strong communications skills: both verbal and written, positive attitude and willingness to learn
