Support the design of business transformation plans, operating models, and process improvements. Benchmark financial operations against healthcare industry best practices and recommend targeted improvements, including better leveraging existing Workday modules and tools. Analyze revenue cycle data, cost structures, and operational metrics to identify financial performance improvement opportunities, utilizing AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling where applicable.
