- Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits related to employee records and HR processes.
- Participate in unemployment, wage/hour, and EEOC hearings as required.

- HR Operations, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday or equivalent systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- >5 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or operational HR roles.
- Experience supporting frontline and unionized environments required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices.
- Experience with Workday, ADP, or similar HR systems preferred.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/CPHR) is an asset.
