- Practical knowledge of finance shared services processes (AP, AR, T&E) will be a plus
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams efficiently, driving successful outcomes against business priorities
- Strong analytical skills to assess current digital solutions and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and convey technical information clearly
- C uriosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving digital and finance landscape
- Fluent in English is a must

This is a full time role within the Data, Analytics and Group Functions Value Stream (DA & GF VS) based in Krakow. The hiring manager is based in Stockholm and the Product Manager and business stakeholders are based in Krakow.
