Hospital Key Account Manager & Team Lead - Advanced Wound Management (Belgium) Location: Belgium (field‑based) Contract: Permanent Life Unlimited. We are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager & Team Lead to drive sales performance of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio in Belgium and lead a team of Hospital Key Account Managers. What will you be doing? Deliver sales targets across the AWM portfolio within hospital accounts and at national level Develop and execute territory and national business plans with the Sales Director Manage key hospital stakeholders and support tender strategy and execution Deliver clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings Act as day‑to‑day Team Lead for three Hospital Key Account Managers Coach and support the team to ensure consistent execution and high performance Provide structured field feedback and ensure accurate CRM reporting What will you need to be successful? 3-5 years' experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales (hospital environment) Proven experience in tender management and key account development Prior experience coaching or leading colleagues Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in complex hospital environments Fluency in Dutch, French, and English Willingness to travel domestically You.
