Global Head of Legal & Compliance AI/Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI and data strategy for Legal & Compliance, identifying high-impact use cases
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions (risk detection, contract analysis, automation, monitoring)
• Architect and integrate scalable data infrastructure across multiple systems and data sources
• Lead adoption of generative AI (LLMs, RAG) to improve legal workflows and compliance processes
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide real-time insights into risk and program performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Data, and IT teams to align priorities
• Drive change management, training, and adoption of AI tools across the organization
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, complemented by experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics roles
• Demonstrated success deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and dbt
• Exposure to legal, compliance, risk, or other regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, FCPA, SOX)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to drive change and promote adoption of new technologies across teams
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
