Finance Manager, Operations & Product Development (OPD)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile team, working closely with executives and collaborating across various Product Finance and horizontal teams. As a Finance Manager, you will drive financial analysis and reporting for key business initiatives, develop and maintain complex financial models, provide strategic insights to support decision-making, perform compliance controllership, communicate financial results and projections to senior leadership, and identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
