Responsibilities
- Act as strategic governance partner to selected Board Committees, ensuring high-quality agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.

- Lead governance-related projects, including technology improvements (e.g., Board portal optimisation), policy updates, or governance maturity initiatives.
- Significant experience in a senior governance or company secretarial role within a listed company or regulated financial services organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Corporate Governance Code, Companies Act, Listing Rules, DTR, MAR, and PRA/FCA regulatory landscape.
- Proven experience advising Boards and senior leaders and operating with discretion, judgement, and independence.
- Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) qualification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.

The Senior Company Secretary plays a senior role within the Corporate Governance team, acting as a trusted governance adviser to the Board, its committees, and Executive leadership.
