Lead Software Architect (Web-Based Systems & AI Integration)

Company Overview As we expand our digital capabilities, we are seeking a highly capable and visionary Lead Software Architect to lead our Robotics and Software Engineering team. This individual will drive our technology roadmap, architect scalable software platforms, and spearhead the development of intelligent systems that integrate robotics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to solve real-world engineering challenges. Working closely with senior management, you will shape the future of autonomous inspection, digital transformation, and AI-powered solutions while building a strong engineering culture that drives innovation across the organization. Core Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive, scalable Web-based framework (Frontend, Backend, and Database) to replace existing standalone models, ensuring seamless multi-terminal data synchronization. Vision Translation: Take high-level conceptual ideas and business logic from leadership and independently draft detailed Technical Proposals, system schemas, and actionable execution plans. AI & Data Strategy: Design the architecture to support AI Fusion, focusing on integrating machine learning models for automated defect classification, image recognition, and intelligent data analytics. Technical Mentorship: Act as the technical authority for the development team. Establish coding standards, manage development sprints, and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity. Systems Integration: Oversee the complex integration logic between the Web platform and robotic hardware, ensuring precise capturing and visualization of 3D spatial data (location, elevation, and severity). Technical Requirements Minimum 5 years in Full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architectural role. Expert proficiency in modern frameworks such as React.js / Vue.js (Frontend) and Node.js / Python / Java (Backend). Solid understanding of AI integration patterns, data labelling workflows, or interfacing with AI inference engines. Expertise in designing complex schemas (SQL/NoSQL) capable of handling high-frequency industrial and robotic data. A self-driven leader capable of defining the "How" once given the "What," with a track record of delivering projects with minimal daily supervision.
