Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Security, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or financial services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with technical documents and blockchain protocols
- Ability to work from our NYC office five days a week with Saturday and Sunday as part of the standard shift
- Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and optimize operational processes
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for financial services
- Project management experience in fintech or financial services
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
- Understanding of blockchain technology fundamentals
