Responsibilities
- Food & Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage from sandwiches and waffles to signature tea blends and coffee, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, personalised service. Take and process orders accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and proactively promote and upsell products to meet store targets.

- Minimum Requirements
- A service-driven, outgoing and positive attitude with a passion or appreciation for tea
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Prior experience in a food and beverage (F&B) or retail setting is preferred. Barista or bubble tea experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
