Part-Time Pharmacist - Inpatient and Clinical Job Description Pharmacists are responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing medication and IV orders and the advancement of rational, patient-oriented therapy. They act as the primary advocate for insuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of drug use in the hospital by serving as the primary resource for drug information for Physicians, Nurses and patients. Schedule : Day shift hours with 1 evening shift per week and every 4th weekend.
