Program Specialist

About the role

This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Program Management Organization (PMO), Air Traffic Systems Directorate, En Route and Oceanic Second Level Engineering Group. The PMO provides program and acquisition management for the systems and capabilities that modernize and sustain the National Airspace System (NAS) to advance NAS programs from concept to operation while providing technical support for air traffic control automation and decision support systems. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience in analyzing task order requirements and the marketplace, to include identifying contract issues and recommending solutions.
