Order Management Engineer

Requirements

• Order management related operations in SAP, include Order Entry, Order Confirmation, Work order creation release, dispatch, billing, etc.
• OM related docs pre-check and signature e.g.: sales contracts, pre-order, special release, etc.
• Develop production plan and follow-up till order fulfillment.
• Arrange order dispatch and follow-up logistics tracking
• Preparation and participation in negotiations until final agreement & order
• Order Management or Commercial related experience no less than 3 years preferred.
• Have the knowledge of gear boxes.
• Good SAP user in SD, PP, MM modules
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Professional use of Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
