About the role

Associate Engineer for Command Centre (Service Delivery & Ops) 1. Jeopardy & Appointment Management - The Command Centre will monitor and address jeopardies with Controllers, Building Access, and Planners. - Coordinate with Sales, Order Takers, and IT regarding untagged appointments. - Controllers shall escalate untagged appointments once they confirm a work order exists in ESOM but remains unlinked. 2. Attendance & Roll Call Management - The Command Centre will verify daily roll calls and broadcast updates to the respective contractor and Singtel controllers. - Partner Sponsors (or their delegates) must follow up with staff to ensure data accuracy and mitigate "no-show" risks. 3. Issue Resolution: - Audit and resolve tagging discrepancies originated by Sales, SDE, or Order Takers. - Proactively notify Account Managers and Sales teams regarding pending work orders for upcoming bookings. - Investigate systemic order flow disruptions and implement manual workarounds to ensure continuity. - Collaborate with IT to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Business Requirement Testing (BRT) and bug/defect resolution. 4. Cross-Functional Support/Liaison - Weekly/monthly reminders to Singtel Controller to clear any overdue/outstanding task. - Weekly/monthly and notification for the back-end planner on the required Single Line Diagram (SLD's), fibre routing and fibre patch cable patching. 5. Order Management: - Oversee bookings portal for Internal Orders, special projects, and BAU fiber provisioning. - Extract and analyze comprehensive upcoming equipment installation task reports for a rolling 5-day outlook (CPE minus 5 through CPE minus 1). 6. Performance Review - Conduct regular reviews and analysis of Customer Experience (CE) surveys submitted via DFF. 7. Data Visualization - Create, Design and maintain functional dashboards within the DFF platform. 8. Operational Report. Generate and deliver Various Reports to Operations Managers - Daily Geofence Rollcall reports. - Weekly/Monthly Completion Fibre Provisioning reports - Weekly Fibre Planner on the upcoming SLD/CE routing requirement. - Weekly/Monthly outstanding job that requires controller attention. - Monthly Jeopardy notification. Candidate Must Have Diploma / Degree 8 years of working experience, with a telco operations environment Ability to converse well as it would be similar to a call center work Operational role
