Position Summary Under direct supervision, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate and provide coverage for the switchboard/information desk. Provide general information and assistance to students, staff, and campus visitors. Assist with MyCSN and CSN website navigation. Assist with validations, password resets, and verification set up. Create reports and file documents. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality. Required Qualifications Graduation from high school or equivalent education and one year of clerical experience which included experience in one or more of the following areas: maintaining records, answering telephones, and reviewing forms, documents, and other written materials; OR six months of experience as an Administrative Aid in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Weekly Schedule Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Starting Salary Grade 23, Step 1 - $39, 421.44 This position is contingent upon ongoing and available funding. Per Nevada Administrative Code (NAC 284.170), salaries for initial appointments for classified positions typically begin at Step 1.
