Requirements

• Prior administrative experience in a sales group essential
• Real estate, legal or financial services industry experience preferred
• Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new projects
• Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibility

The individual in this position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong written, organizational, and communication skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and bring a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving. A successful candidate will be a quick learner who is fully committed to contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The base salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
