Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a customer portfolio for the Danish market, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior within Denmark to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and value delivery specifically for the Danish market.
- Ensure a premium experience by understanding client objectives and KPIs, and ensuring Trustpilot delivers against them.
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Identify and successfully pursue upsell opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs to internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Successfully onboard clients and ensure they fully utilize their paid subscription.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.
- 1-3 years of Sales/Account Management/Customer Success experience, preferably in software industries, digital or online marketing.
- A genuine commitment to deeply understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations. You view customer success as a revenue driver.
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management with subscription-based models.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- You thrive in a team-based environment and are excited by the opportunity to work regularly with colleagues in a Copenhagen-based setting.

You will be part of our newly founded team focused on our Danish market and based in our Copenhagen HQ, working directly with Country Manager Ana Marija.
