AVP, Staff Review Appraiser

Responsibilities

• Complete complex and specialty evaluations and appraisal reviews within SLA; Complete administrative task and ad hoc requests as needed by SLA; Assist in the training of staff and analyst as needed.
• Process invoices for the appraisers and reviewers on Axos panel, once they complete an assignment for Axos.
• Generate reports which identify when an appraisal report has been received and needs to be assigned to a staff, contract, or third‐party reviewer.
• Assist with team member training and development, to increase staffing bandwidth for the completion of complex appraisal reviews.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide written summaries and feedback on reviewed appraisals, document issues and suggest necessary revisions. When necessary, provide and develop a second opinion of value.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 6-8 years of appraisal experience specializing in specific types of properties and complex assignments
• Certified (residential or Commercial)

Additional Information

Axos Bank Target Range: $77,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
