Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the Tender & QS Department or equivalent
• Ability to learn how to use specialist software for documents control
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Trilingual Individuals will be at advantage
• Good in Communication & Stakeholder management skills
• Excellent in Time Management Skills
• Meticulous and Cost Conscious

Procurement & Marketing Research for quotations, price comparison and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing. Documentation & Contract Administration of drafting letters, payment certificates, preparing progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs Claim Management on Preparation of monthly budget statement, verifying Sub-Contractor's / Supplier's claims and payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties Control and Monitor Quality System in the Department
