Role & responsibilities : Assist with the local business owners, CPLE Exp. Center and Headquarters to ensure compliance and privacy requirements are documented and escalated when needed. Support privacy and compliance assessment, helping to identify risks related to the handling of personal data in the Business Process. Contribute to record-keeping requirements related to local data processing registers, assist in the preparation and maintenance of privacy notes, documentation, and mandatory compliance registers. Participate in awareness campaigns to promote ethical behaviour integrity and data protection culture. Provide support in handling data subject request and contribute to notification processes in case of potential personal data breaches. Support in preparing compliance and privacy campaigns or reports (MyKRIs, COMCO, COMPASS, ABC, S&E) for the management team and headquarters. Ensure that the local framework is compliant with the Ayvens group and local regulatory / internal requirements. Support, advise and train the Local Business and LOD1 managers to raise awareness and ensure applicable group policies, procedures, methodology and processes are implemented locally. Ensure its continuous improvement, for the internal control framework to remain fit for purpose. Follow the audit recommendations completion proactively as needed in coordination with the local teams. Perform other tasks as agreed with the central and local management (i.e. project...) Qualifications / Experience : 3+ years of experience in compliance and/or data protection and/or audit related positions. Experience in an international company is a plus. Knowledge of the banking, financing, leasing, or insurance environment. Knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector. Fluent professional English is mandatory.
