Responsibilities

  • Lead complex programs from planning through execution, coordinating contributions from individuals across organizations including Research, Engineering, Legal, and Finance

  • What we need to see:

  • Strong experience with program governance, risk management, milestone planning, and executive reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough familiarity with modern communication tools including Microsoft Office, Slack, Confluence
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, GitLab, and GitHub
  • Prior us of intellectual property management systems such as Anaqua
  • Experience with AI tools for automating information management workflows
  • Background supporting research or advanced development operations
  • Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
