About the role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation across Singapore's SME market. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through consistent outbound outreach. You will leverage B2B contact data to connect with decision-makers, introduce the RISE for Business program, and convert interest into qualified meetings for the Sales team. Success in this role requires a strong "hunter" mindset, the ability to operate in a high-volume outreach environment, and a continuous focus on refining messaging to improve conversion rates. You will work closely with Sales leadership and support multiple Sales Managers, playing a critical role in driving pipeline for a fast-growing program within BCG.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR)
  • Direct experience selling into the Singapore market (required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting booking targets
  • Experience with high-volume outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to qualify prospects based on business needs and program fit
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment
  • Experience selling into SMEs / SMB segment preferred
  • We are targeting candidates with a background in outbound sales within B2B environments, ideally with exposure to the Singapore SME market. Experience in SaaS, consulting services, training programs, or government-supported initiatives is beneficial but not required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, persistent approach to outreach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A "restless" mindset-continuously testing and refining messaging, outreach hooks, and engagement strategies-is key to success in this role.
  • Candidates based in Singapore are preferred due to the role's focus on Singapore-based clients. Candidates outside Singapore may be considered if they have recent, direct experience supporting Singapore-based customers
