GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing and formulating budgets, cost estimates, evaluating budget requests, interpreting budget policies; researching policies and regulations; and controlling and reporting obligations and expenditures. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical assistance and administration in a variety of financial functions to include formulation of budgets, cost estimates, reviewing and evaluating budget requests, and interpreting budget policies and practices.
