What you will be doing We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of appointment bookings. This role is critical to ensuring timely appointment confirmations, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and smooth coordination between users, clinicians, and internal WhiteCoat teams. This role will be based at our Kuala Lumpur office, supporting our Hong Kong operational hours, including early mornings and Saturdays. On a day-to-day basis, this means you will: Appointment Management (Core Responsibility) Monitor in-bound appointment booking requests via email and internal system Assign appointments to rostered clinicians based on: Language requirements Clinician availability and capacity Confirm appointments independently using the in-house CRM system Ensure all bookings are confirmed within defined SLAs Enquiry Acknowledgement & Routing Acknowledge in-bound user or clinician enquiries within defined SLAs Route enquiries to the appropriate WhiteCoat internal teams for follow-up Track and ensure handovers are clear and complete Secondary Responsibilities Flag unusual cases, edge scenarios, or capacity issues to the in-market lead Our Benefits Make a Real Impact : Opportunity to contribute to a leading digital health company's growth.
