Your potential is our inspiration Where You'll Make a Difference Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) operations, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order fulfillment, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution. Support business growth through effective customer relationship management and proactive problem-solving. Contribute to continuous process improvement while maintaining SLA adherence and process compliance. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, OTC, or Supply Chain operations . Strong understanding of the complete OTC cycle, including: Order Processing Invoicing & Billing Dispatch Coordination Customer Query Resolution Returns & Claims Management Hands-on experience working with SAP (SD/MM modules preferred) . Advanced Excel skills with expertise in: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP HLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH Pivot Tables MIS Reporting Data Reconciliation & Analysis Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLA commitments. How Would You Stand Out? Experience coordinating with multiple functions including: Operations Production Quality Packaging Warehouse Logistics Taxation & Regulatory Teams Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Experience creating dashboards, performance reports, aging reports, and sales analysis reports. Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations, returns, claims, and complex issue resolution. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective operational execution.
