ERSS & Scaffolding Division

About the role

You will have full oversight of the ERSS and Scaffolding business units - from business development and project execution to workforce management and P&L accountability. You'll work closely with director, project teams, and key clients to position the company as a market leader in Singapore's construction landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all ERSS and scaffolding operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Drive business development - identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and secure contracts
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and project planning processes
• Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Ensure full compliance with MOM, BCA, and WSH regulations and safety standards
• Manage P&L, budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation across projects
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, government bodies, and stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, project performance, and continuously improve processes
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and regulatory engagements

Requirements

• Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Proven track record in ERSS works (sheet piling, soldier piles, ground anchors, struts) and/or scaffolding systems
• At least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mathematic with science
• BCA-registered or relevant professional accreditation is an advantage
