Requirements

• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• 2+ years of legal experience
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues
• Knowledge of international trade laws, including import, customs, export controls, or sanctions regulations
• Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• Exceptional research and analytical skills with ability to summarize regulatory impacts
• Experience with technology sector legal compliance in the context of international trade laws
