Detailed Job Description - Sales Leader, France Infosys is building a dedicated France CSP practice targeting $100M in revenue by FY29. We are now hiring a senior Sales Leader to build and lead the Non-Orange telecom portfolio from zero - with two other telecom clients. This is a market-making role, not an account management role. You will be the first Infosys person to walk into these particular client offices. You will need to build executive relationships from scratch, position Infosys against some top SIs, and create a credible pipeline for the largest IT services opportunity in French telecom in a decade. Key Responsibilities Executive Relationship Building: Develop C-level and VP-level relationships with client (CIO, CTO, VP Enterprise/B2B, VP Digital, Head of Procurement). Leverage personal network to accelerate access. Map decision-makers and influencers for SFR B2B integration programme. Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute 3-year account plans. Identify IT outsourcing opportunities across BSS migration, cloud transformation, AI/CX, B2B platform build, and cybersecurity. Align Infosys service lines and delivery capabilities to account needs. Vendor Qualification & Positioning: Navigate client's vendor qualification process (typically 3-6 months). Position Infosys's AI/GenAI capabilities (Topaz + Anthropic) as a differentiator vs incumbent SIs. Pipeline Generation & Deal Origination: Build a qualified pipeline of 3x revenue target. Originate, qualify, and progress opportunities through Infosys's sales process. Own proposal development and commercial negotiations. Close "land" deals (PoCs, initial engagements) that establish Infosys's presence. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning: Represent Infosys at French telecom industry events (MWC, Paris Telecom Summit, MVNO World Congress). Position Infosys as a differentiated, AI-first IT services partner for French telecom B2B. Team Building: Hire and manage 1 BD Executive once pipeline traction is established (estimated 6-12 months). Collaborate closely with Orange team on cross-account intelligence and SFR integration positioning. Coordinate with Infosys's 200-person France delivery unit for solution development and delivery. Required Qualifications 15+ years of IT services / consulting sales experience in the French telecom industry Demonstrable personal relationships with CxOs in Telecom domain. Proven track record of opening net-new logo accounts (zero to €5M+ within 24 months) Native or near-native French language proficiency (written and spoken); fluent English Deep understanding of French telecom ecosystem: ARCEP regulation, works council dynamics, ANSSI cybersecurity requirements, data sovereignty constraints Experience with telecom-specific IT domains: BSS/OSS, B2B enterprise platforms, CRM (Salesforce), cloud transformation, AI/ML applications Based in or willing to immediately relocate to Paris.
