You will lead core HR practices across the employee lifecycle,ensuring alignment with Emerson's global standards while meeting local businessneeds. In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be: - Partner with business leaders to align HRstrategies with operational and commercial priorities, including workforceplanning and organizational design. - Provide HR business partnering support tomanagers, enabling effective performance management, employee development, andsuccession planning. - Manage the full employee lifecycle, includingonboarding, development, engagement, performance, and offboarding processes. - Drive employee engagement initiatives andfoster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. - Provide guidance and support on employeerelations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, andgrievance handling. - Ensure compliance with Singapore employmentlaws and company policies, including documentation, audits, and governancerequirements. - Support compensation and benefits processes,including salary reviews, bonus planning, and benefits administration. - Collaborate with regional and global HR teamsto implement corporate HR programs and initiatives. - Support change management initiatives,including business transformation, restructuring, or process improvements. - Maintain accurate HR data and reporting tosupport decision-making and business insights.
