You'll act as a trusted voice in credit strategy, training, and innovation, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, courage, and continuous improvement. As a critical decision-maker, you will: Assess and approve lending proposals, renewals, and reviews with confidence and precision Prepare and present high-quality credit submissions to senior committees Monitor portfolio health, including accounts out of order and risk indicators Provide expert guidance to frontline teams on deal structuring and credit quality Support policy development, training initiatives, and product innovation Build strong partnerships across the business and act as a go-to credit expert About you | Ō pūkenga We are seeking a technically strong and commercially astute professional who thrives in a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
