Job Description: Job Summary This evergreen requisition is designed to serve as a centralized intake point for internal employee referrals when a specific open requisition is not available at the time of submission . Candidates submitted through this posting will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team and aligned to appropriate opportunities as they become available across the organization. This requisition is not tied to an immediate opening and should only be used as a staging area for general referrals to ensure visibility and proper tracking within Workday. Important Guidelines for Referrals This requisition is intended only for referrals without an active job posting . If a relevant open position exists, referrals must be submitted directly to that requisition to ensure timely consideration. Submission to this requisition does not guarantee immediate review or placement . Candidates will be assessed and pipelined for future opportunities based on skills, experience, and business needs. What Happens Next The Talent Acquisition team will review submitted referrals and tag candidates to appropriate talent pipelines or future requisitions .
