Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working within an HRIS or HR systems environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing and office environment.
