Assist with integrations: set up and troubleshoot data imports, mappings, and basic transformation logic; escalate complex integration issues to senior team members. Contribute to Agile delivery: participate in backlog grooming, write/clarify user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver increments in sprints. Uphold controls and quality: adhere to firmwide SDLC, access controls, peer reviews, and change management processes; maintain clear model and process documentation. Continuous learning: actively pursue platform certifications, learn adjacent tools and data concepts, and contribute ideas that improve model reliability and team efficiency. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 0-2 years of experience building or maintaining Enterprise Performance Management systems such as Anaplan, Oracle Planning, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar tools Basic proficiency with core Anaplan concepts (lists, modules, line items, hierarchies, formulas, time versions, UX pages, actions/imports) and an understanding of model performance fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to translate functional requirements into structured model designs with guidance. Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare simple demos and documentation using MS Office and present to peers and business partners. Team-oriented, proactive, and organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Exposure to the P&A function (close, budgets, forecasts) and familiarity with financial planning concepts. Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx, Databricks) or ETL/scheduling tools; understanding of data quality and reconciliation basics. Experience with Anaplan integrations (APIs, connectors) at a foundational level, or willingness to learn. Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification; progress toward Level 3 is advantageous.
