Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living - Support mobility, safety, and comfort throughout the day - Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship - Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition - Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive home care environment - Communicate regularly with BAYADA's clinical and office teams

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification - Willingness to work live in assignments in Monmouth County - Compassionate and patient focused approach to care - Reliability and professionalism in a one on one care setting - Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and families
