About the role

Job Requirements - Minimum 20 years of relevant site supervision and rebar experience in the construction industry. - Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSQ Supervisors Safety Course) is an advantage. - Good knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety regulations. - Familiar with local building codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage site workers and subcontractors. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Able to read and interpret construction drawings. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site issues independently. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Willing to work a 6-day work week and attend to site matters after working hours when necessary.
