Angular Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular 12 and above.
• Participate in the migration of legacy applications from AngularJS (1.x) to modern Angular frameworks.
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve maintainability and performance.
• Develop reusable UI components and implement frontend best practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs developed using Java and Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and application quality.
• Work within Agile development methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 12 or above.
• Experience developing applications using TypeScript.
• Good understanding of Angular architecture, components, modules, routing, and state management.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Experience working with Java/Spring Boot backend services.
• Experience migrating applications from AngularJS (1.x) to modern Angular frameworks.
• Experience with code refactoring and application modernization.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Requirements
• Experience working on enterprise-scale application modernization projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
