Job Summary We are looking for a Road Operations Executive to manage onboard vessel and cross-border road deliveries. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external vendors, handling customs permits, ensuring documentation accuracy, managing costs, and full ownership of billing, invoicing, and job closure. Main Duties & Responsibilities - Coordinate on board vessel deliveries to ports, terminals, and anchorage locations - Work closely with Traffic Operations on driver scheduling and delivery execution - Liaise with drivers directly when operational issues arise (ad-hoc basis) - Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate operational and shipping documentation - Prepare and declare customs permits (training provided) - Coordinate deliveries to Malaysia ports via appointed vendors - Manage buying and selling costs, ensuring margin accuracy - Prepare and issue customer invoices with complete supporting documents - Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD), permits, and records are accurate before job closure - Close operational files in a timely and compliant manner - Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on delivery, documentation, and billing matters
