Role Overview Our team is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale technical initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing high-impact engineering projects, ensuring they are architecturally sound, scalable, and completed within scope and budget. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation, managing technical dependencies, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and engineering excellence. Roles and Responsibilities Define Technical Scope: Determine, define, and align technical project scope, architectural boundaries, and strategic objectives across cross-functional engineering and product teams. Budget & Cost Optimization: Prepare and manage budgets based on technical scope, infrastructure overhead, and resource requirements, ensuring a strong focus on cost efficiency (e.g., Cloud cost management). Technical Roadmap & Schedule: Develop, manage, and maintain detailed technical project schedules, milestone maps, and cross-team dependency matrixes. Stakeholder Sync & Architecture Governance: Provide consistent, data-driven updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding delivery strategy, risk mitigation, technical debt adjustments, and overall progress. Tech Stack & Methodology Leadership: Utilize industry best practices, DevOps cultures, and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) / Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) throughout execution. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively monitor system dependencies, technical risks, and critical paths; pivot engineering efforts dynamically as priorities evolve. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience Degree in relevant field Impeccable oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Ability to work under tight deadlines Proven ability to solve problems creatively Excellent analytical skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
