Bloomreach is building the world's premier agentic platform for personalization .We're revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey. We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses. We're making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise - available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey. We're designing the future of autonomous marketing , taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do. And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine - Loomi AI - so that personalization isn't only autonomous...it's also consistent. From retail to financial services, hospitality to gaming, businesses use Bloomreach to drive higher growth and lasting loyalty. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora. We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in support of the R&D organization. You will serve as a key business partner to R&D leadership, owning gross margin management and R&D financial planning, while actively driving the modernization of how we collect, connect, and analyze financial data across the organization. As a fast-growing company operating across multiple products, geographies, and systems, we have a rich and complex data landscape - and we are looking for someone who sees that complexity as an opportunity to build, automate, and create lasting impact. Your Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support R&D FP&A, with a particular focus on gross margin analysis, COGS modelling, and infrastructure cost forecasting (AWS, GCP, and other cloud vendors). Own and manage gross margin reporting across R&D pillars, including per-customer margin analysis, subscription margin benchmarking, and deal impact assessments in collaboration with the Deal Desk. Partner closely with R&D and Product Operations leadership to analyze financial performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize costs. Work across a diverse set of financial systems and data sources (Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and others) to identify opportunities for consolidation and automation - building AI-powered workflows and agents that turn distributed, high-volume data into reliable, decision-ready insight. Design and implement AI-assisted processes and automation that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and accelerate reporting cycles across the Finance team. Build and maintain FinOps frameworks to monitor cloud infrastructure spend, identify savings opportunities, and support vendor cost management decisions. Communicate complex financial data and insights clearly to key stakeholders across R&D, Finance, and executive leadership. Continuously evaluate new AI tools, agentic frameworks, and automation opportunities to improve financial processes and set a new standard for how Finance operates. Your Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar FP&A / finance business partner role, ideally supporting an R&D, Engineering, or Product organization. A background in Big 4 (M&A advisory) or Investment Banking is equally welcomed as an alternative path. Strong expertise in gross margin management, COGS modelling, and infrastructure cost analysis (cloud cost experience is a significant plus). Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and automation - you are actively exploring or beginning to work with tools like Python, SQL, AI workflows, or automation platforms, and you are excited about applying them to solve real finance problems. Prior hands-on experience is a plus, but the right mindset and willingness to learn matters more. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-source data environments typical of fast-scaling technology companies - you approach distributed data with a structured mindset and a bias toward building scalable, automated solutions rather than one-off fixes. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting, with the ability to build and maintain complex multi-scenario models. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical cost data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting financial information to engineering and executive audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with financial planning systems (ideally Adaptive) and BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors c
