We have an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent to join our Victoria Road Upgrade Project team. The Victoria Road Upgrade project is a design & construct aimed at upgrading the Victoria Road to support the new development at Melrose Park North. This long-term project offers exposure to a diverse scope of works, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership and delivery capabilities within a major government-funded environment. You will be working alongside experienced industry professionals, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. In addition to a competitive remuneration package, you will benefit from ongoing professional development, including hands-on experience across a variety of project elements, supporting your continued growth within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of site works, coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors across active work fronts, with particular focus on utility subcontractors and authorities. Review and communicate work plans with Forepersons, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with program requirements Monitor and drive performance across safety, quality, environmental, and cost targets, identifying risks and implementing improvements where required Plan and sequence works using contract programs and concurrent activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of safety standards. Managing multiple utility and governing authority to ensure connection and cut over dates are completed in accordance with the program. Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring scope compliance, resolving issues on site, and maintaining strong working partnerships Maintain accurate site records, track progress and productivity, identify potential variations or delays, and report on performance while mentoring and supporting site teams How will you connect to the role? Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering mid-tier civil infrastructure projects ($20M-$80M range) across long-term programs Brownfield construction experience with utilities and civil works will be advantageous You are a strong leader who can engage, mentor, and align teams to deliver high-performance outcomes across multiple work fronts You have a clear understanding of construction sequencing and planning, enabling you to anticipate risks and adjust before issues arise You always prioritise safety and quality, embedding best practice processes and holding teams accountable to high standards You build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery You are organised and detail-oriented, consistently capturing accurate records, tracking progress, and
