About the role

Drive sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned region Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Identify and acquire new accounts while expanding existing business opportunities Act as the main interface between customers and CSL Develop and execute regional plans aligned with EMEA and local strategies Prepare and maintain accurate reporting of customer interactions in Veeva CRM 360 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market share Manage tender processes in compliance with legal and ethical standards Support product launches and lifecycle management activities Identify customer needs and coordinate internally to provide solutions Organize and participate in trainings, events, and scientific congresses Ensure compliance with all CSL policies and guidelines Provide backup support for other Key Account Managers as needed Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related scientific field Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, and/or product management Strong field sales experience, including engagement with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Demonstrated experience in KOL / critical opinion leader development Solid understanding of the local healthcare environment, pharmaceutical market, and relevant regulations Experience in product launches, ideally within rare diseases or specialty medicine Proven ability to optimize products, services, or patient pathways to improve patient outcomes Track record of using innovative approaches to drive business results and enhance patient impact Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends Excellent communication in Polish and English (written and spoken) High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven, and positive attitude Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness to travel extensively within the region (approx. 80%)
