About the role

Job Description: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects. - Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents - Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders - Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant - Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims - Finalization and closing out of project accounts - Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycle. - Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process. - Administer and manage contracts related to MEP works, including variations and claims. - Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality. - Identify and assess potential risks to cost and contract issues. - Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented in the Contracts Section. Job Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying - At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore M&E Industry - Good communication and presentation skill. - Able to work independantly with minimum supervison.
