About the role

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the Business Management - Knowledge Systems team , which plays a central role in supporting the firm's legal practice by ensuring lawyers and business professionals have seamless access to high-quality legal knowledge, resources, and information. Knowledge is one of Linklaters' key assets and, as such, needs to be developed and exploited to generate further value for the firm. The Intranet Team manages and develops content to ensure our lawyers and business teams can find the tools, people, knowledge, and information needed to serve our clients. As Intranet Content Assistant , you will be responsible for supporting the creation and development of intranet content and processes to ensure content is owned and managed in line with agreed standards. You will: Deliver intranet roadmap priorities and manage non-technical intranet platforms. Apply content lifecycle best practice to keep intranet content trusted and up-to-date. Support ongoing development of SharePoint intranet platforms. Oversee taxonomy and categorisation for effective browsing, searching, and organisation. Build global relationships to understand user needs and provide guidance. Maintain and update intranet pages, ensuring alignment with brand and guidelines. Advise on page layout, structure, and content presentation. Manage intranet lists and usage statistics. Maintain user guides and resources. Edit, review, and remove outdated or incorrect content. Utilise and improve metrics and reporting for intranet governance. Coordinate communications and the global network of Intranet Champions. Train new joiners on the intranet and knowledge platforms. Identify opportunities to improve intranet solutions and processes. Use internal platforms such as Intranet, SharePoint, and Viva Engage for communication and information sharing. Apply if you: Bring 1-2 years of experience as an Intranet content creator or have been involved in web (online) content development and management within a corporate, professional services, or legal environment. Have creative skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and quality of digital content. Have hands-on experience with SharePoint platforms, including page creation, editing, management, and intranet administration (Viva Engage experience is also valued). Demonstrate strong attention to detail, especially in content creation, review, proofreading, and quality control. Are familiar with best practices in page layout, content structure, and user experience for intranet or digital platforms. Possess basic knowledge of HTML, with coding experience highly beneficial for intranet site building and maintenance. Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office, including analysing and reporting metrics. Have good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2) with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and for proofreading and content quality Are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can adapt language and information for different audiences. Can work according to UK calendar. Working hours The core working hours are between 9:00 - 17.15 or 10:15 - 18.30, alternating with a colleagues within a team Location Warsaw (hybrid model- two days per week at the office), some travelling to UK maybe required Type of contract Employment contract with 3 month' probation period
