BIM Designer (Animation)

Responsibilities

• BIM & 4D Planning: Interpret and model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings into accurate, high-fidelity BIM models optimized for 4D sequencing and construction simulation.
• Digital Animation & Visualization: Export BIM models and use software such as Lumion, TwinMotion, or equivalent to create cinematic-quality animation and promotional videos.
• Photorealistic Rendering: Produce high-resolution, photorealistic visuals for marketing, design review, and presentation purposes using tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Shapespark.
• Construction Simulation & Scheduling: Integrate construction schedules (e.g. Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) with BIM and animation software to create time-based simulations and construction sequences.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure visualizations accurately reflect project goals, schedules, and design intent.

Requirements

• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Motion/Visualization Design.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complete sets of architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
• Proven experience in creating and managing BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Proficiency in at least one visualization or rendering platform (e.g. TwinMotion, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Shapespark).
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling logic, and project workflows.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing 4D sequence planning animations and photorealistic renderings (strong advantage).
• Experience with video editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with Virtual or Augmented Reality (VR/AR) tools or asset creation will be a strong plus
