We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on Director of Visual & Digital Storytelling to lead our in-house Studio team and shape the visual voice across our portfolio of beauty brands. This role blends creative leadership with execution and is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable directing a team, operating a camera, and crafting compelling visual stories from concept through final delivery. The Director of Visual & Digital Storytelling will oversee a team of photographers, videographers, and video editors while actively contributing to content creation. This leader will partner closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, and Social to deliver cohesive, breakthrough content that drives engagement and elevates brand identity. The ideal candidate is a true visual storyteller with a strong editorial eye and deep expertise in both content capture and post-production. They are fluent behind the camera-whether creating fast-moving social content, creator-style assets, or elevated branded campaigns-and possess strong video editing skills to bring stories to life across platforms. This individual should have a deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems, emerging content trends, and platform best practices, with the ability to adapt creative approaches accordingly. Equally important is a forward-thinking mindset that embraces AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation. This role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.
